Project Coordinator

Good measurements. Clear plans. Projects that keep moving. Visit properties, complete takeoffs and coordinate Trade Partners. Stay with the customer from the first project conversation through the final walkthrough.

• Take over complete project requests from our lead generation team, arrange site visits and capture scope, measurements and photos.
• Gather matching Trade Partner bids and prepare itemized estimates for required internal review and customer approval.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, customer updates, quality checks and closeout in JobTread.
• JobTread experience is a plus, not mandatory. We train our systems and standards.
• Experience building or coordinating exterior projects is helpful.

Lead Coordinator

Fully remote, or local hybrid on the Mississippi Gulf Coast · Lead generation and management

Generate interest. Build relationships. Turn leads into project requests. Reach local customers through calls, email and social outreach. Keep interested people engaged and help them take the next step with Liberty Built.

• Generate and nurture leads through approved local calling, email outreach and social media activity in GoHighLevel.
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, texts, social messages and form inquiries.
• Record the lead source, requested service, project details, contact preferences and consent. Keep a complete CRM card with a clear next action.
• Send complete project requests to JobTread and confirm receipt. Our project team handles site visits and the work that follows.
• Record outreach efforts, replies and results in GoHighLevel. Clear communication, consistent follow up and accurate records matter. CRM experience is a plus.

Lead Carpenter

Field based · Mississippi Gulf Coast · Crew leadership

$26 to $32 per hour · Based on experience and responsibility.

Lead the build. Protect the property. Stand behind the work. Turn the approved scope into quality carpentry with a well organized crew and a clean site.

• Read the work package, plan the day and guide assigned help.
• Perform qualified carpentry work and communicate progress, safety concerns and proposed changes.
• Document work, time and photos in JobTread. System training is provided.
• Experience with fences, decks, pergolas, covers or enclosure framing is a plus.

Helper

Local exterior project support · Part time or full time options · Mississippi Gulf Coast

$18 to $22 per hour · Based on experience and responsibility.

Show up. Learn the work. Help the team finish well. Support exterior projects under a trained lead. Bring dependability, respect and a willingness to learn.

• Prepare the site, stage materials and help with assigned tasks across our exterior services.
• Protect the property, keep the site orderly and follow the job instructions.
• Use only equipment and methods you have been trained and authorized to use.
• Help record progress, photos and actual project time in JobTread. Training is provided.
