Complete your qualification review
We review your experience, work standards, insurance and service capabilities. You provide your own tools, transportation and manpower. During qualification, we confirm that you can supply the agreed materials and arrange their delivery. Approval is specific to the services and package features you perform, with the experience and equipment to match. It allows you to be considered for suitable bid requests.
Review the scope and submit your bid
We gather the customer's requirements, site measurements and photos, then invite suitable approved Trade Partners to bid through JobTread. Your team reviews the packet and sends your best price to perform the defined work, including materials, availability and exclusions. Send requests for information or questions before pricing.
Agree on the work before you start
We look for experienced Trade Partners who understand their trade, follow standards and take pride in clean, lasting work. We select for qualified value, rather than simply the lowest price. If selected, you review and sign the Work Order with Liberty Built before starting. It confirms the scope, price, responsibilities and payment terms.
Confirm the schedule and materials
Give us your availability so we can coordinate the schedule and property access with the customer. Confirm the agreed dates in JobTread and arrange material deliveries. Trade Partners normally supply materials; if Liberty Built finds a better material price, we agree on who buys and delivers them in the Work Order. Report delays promptly.
Do good work and keep us informed
Read the agreed scope and Work Order before starting. Use JobTread for daily logs on active workdays, photos before, during and after the work, and progress or safety issues. Keep the site safe and orderly. Send all proposed changes to Liberty Built and wait for the required written approvals before performing changed or additional work.
Walk through and close out
Walk through the finished work with the customer and take pride in what your team has built. Liberty Built may attend or review the closeout remotely. Document completion, any agreed corrections, care information and applicable warranty details in JobTread. Upload your invoice and closeout records in JobTread for Liberty Built to review. Payment follows the terms in your written agreement.
Questions before we work together
Can an individual apply without an LLC?
Yes. Experienced individuals working independently, sole proprietors and trade businesses may apply. An LLC is not required. We still review your experience, insurance and any licenses or permits required for the specific work and location.
Does approval guarantee work?
No. Approval allows us to consider you for suitable bid requests. Opportunities depend on the service, location, current qualifications and project needs. Several qualified Trade Partners may be invited; we select the best qualified value for the agreed scope.
Who supplies the materials?
The Trade Partner normally supplies materials and arranges delivery based on the agreed scope and takeoff. We confirm this capability during qualification. If Liberty Built can secure a better material price, we agree on the purchasing and delivery responsibilities in the Work Order before work starts.
Is JobTread required?
Yes. Use JobTread to review bid packets and the agreed scope, acknowledge schedules, and share workday logs, photos, progress and issues. Liberty Built remains the customer's project contact. Keep project questions and commitments with our team.
Does JobTread cost me anything?
No. Access to Liberty Built's JobTread portal is free for our Trade Partners. You do not need to buy your own JobTread subscription to review our bid requests, schedules and shared project information.
What if a customer asks for extra work?
Contact Liberty Built before performing it. Document the request and tell us any cost or schedule impact. We coordinate the customer change and the matching Work Order revision. Begin changed work only after the required written approvals. Unaffected work can continue when safe and practical.
What if conditions are unsafe or someone threatens the crew?
Pause affected work and move to safety. Notify Liberty Built promptly and document the issue when safe. We coordinate the next steps. Raise ordinary disagreements with our team so they can be resolved without expanding or abandoning the agreed scope.
What happens during severe weather or a hurricane?
Pause work when conditions are unsafe. Coordinate cleanup and secure the work area when safe to do so, then contact Liberty Built to arrange a revised schedule. Report any damage, access issue or delay affecting the project.
What if my insurance or qualifications need updating?
Keep your required documents current and tell us about changes. Missing or expired required documentation must be reviewed and updated before further bid invitations or work. Contact our team through JobTread or [email protected] for the appropriate update process.
How do corrections, invoicing and payment work?
Review the payment terms before accepting a Work Order. Upload your invoice through a JobTread project message or document comment with the required closeout records. Your written terms define payment timing and how any disputed work is handled. Document corrections and customer changes separately. Report concerns to Liberty Built promptly.
