Estimates and pricing. Prices, ranges, and timelines shown on this site are general information, not offers. Every project is confirmed by a written scope and price after an on-site visit, and work proceeds only under a signed agreement.

Project referrals. If our schedule, capacity or service area prevents us from taking your project, Liberty Built may introduce you to an independent Trade Partner. By submitting your request, you authorize us to share your name, contact information and project details with that Trade Partner so they can contact you about this project. This introduction is free. You decide whether to hire them and agree directly with them on scope, price, scheduling, payment and warranties. Liberty Built does not contract for, perform or manage referred work. If you choose No to referral sharing on the form, we will not share your details for a referral.

No payments online. We do not take deposits or payments through this website. Deposits and draws are handled under the signed agreement.

Content. The text, images, and branding on this site belong to Liberty Built, LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

The site itself. The site is provided as is. We work to keep information current, but we do not guarantee the site is error free. To the extent Mississippi law allows, Liberty Built, LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this website itself. This does not limit rights under a signed construction agreement.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.

Text messages (SMS program). Liberty Built, LLC sends text messages only to customers who ask for them. On our estimate request form you can choose service texts (replies to your inquiry, estimate and appointment scheduling, project updates), promotional texts (occasional offers and news about our fence, deck and patio or porch screen-in services), both or neither. You can request service or make a purchase without agreeing to texts. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to text messages.

Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opting out and getting help. Text STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may receive one final message confirming that you have opted out. Text HELP for help, email [email protected] or call (228) 335-8326. You can also change your choices on our text and call preferences page.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. How we handle your information, including phone numbers and text message consent, is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share phone numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
