How your project comes to life
One project. One clear plan. We work with you to define the scope, review qualified Trade Partner bids and coordinate the work through your final walkthrough.
Tell us about your project
Submit a form, give us a call, text or email us. Share your ideas and our team will arrange the next steps with you.
We finalize the scope with you
At your site visit, we gather measurements, photos, preferences and site requirements so the work reflects what you want.
We gather Trade Partner bids
We review bids from qualified Trade Partners, considering the scope, materials, workmanship and availability to find the best value for your project.
You choose and approve your proposal
We present the proposed work and price in an itemized proposal. Review the available options, select the work you want and approve the final scope. Your agreement explains responsibilities and payment terms.
We coordinate your project's schedule
We coordinate with your Trade Partner and your availability, confirm property readiness and arrange material deliveries where included. You know the planned start and expected duration before work begins.
Your project takes shape
Our team or a qualified Trade Partner completes the agreed work. Liberty Built remains your contact for updates, questions and requested changes.
We walk through and close out
We review the finished work with you and the crew or Trade Partner, document any remaining corrections and provide applicable care and warranty information. Final billing follows your agreement, and we schedule your one year follow up. Your written agreement confirms warranty terms.
Questions before we begin
Can I change my project after approval?
Yes. Contact Liberty Built with your request. We confirm the additional cost or credit and any schedule changes with you in writing before the changed work begins.
Can I request extra work directly from the Trade Partner?
Please send additional work requests to Liberty Built. We coordinate the details with your Trade Partner and present any change to you for approval.
Will a change affect my installation date?
It may. Changes can affect materials, crew availability or the time needed to complete your project. We explain any adjustment before you approve the change.
What happens during severe weather or a hurricane?
Affected work pauses when conditions are unsafe. We coordinate cleanup and securing of the work area when it is safe to do so, then confirm a revised schedule with you.
What if an unexpected site condition or safety concern arises?
The affected work may pause while the issue is documented and reviewed. We explain the options and any proposed changes. Unaffected work continues when safe and practical.
Who handles HOA approval and property boundaries?
You are responsible for obtaining any required HOA approval before work begins and identifying and confirming your property boundaries. Liberty Built does not obtain HOA approval or establish or survey property lines. If a boundary is uncertain, arrange a survey before work begins. Your proposal records these responsibilities.
Who handles permits?
Your written proposal identifies required permits and who is responsible for obtaining them. Permits must be handled by a party authorized under the applicable local requirements. Any required inspections must be completed as part of the project.
Who handles questions and concerns?
Liberty Built remains your project contact through completion. We coordinate with your Trade Partner so you have one clear point of contact.
