Support approved exterior projects, preparation, materials and cleanup under a trained lead. Use only equipment and methods you are trained and authorized to use.

PROJECT MANAGEMENTLocal Mississippi Gulf Coast role. Work from home with site travel.

Project Coordinator

WFH / Local travel · Level I department entry · Pay steps 1, 2, 3

$22.50 to $33.25 per hour

Measure and photograph sites, prepare scopes and estimates, gather matching Trade Partner bids, and coordinate the customer's project through closeout.

JobTread experience is a plus, not mandatory.

Senior Project Coordinator

Broader project responsibility

Handle more complex coordination, support other coordinators and help improve estimating, scheduling and quality systems.

Scope and pay are defined when the role is needed.

A practical path

Relevant field, customer service or project experience can support this path. A college degree and prior JobTread experience are not required for the Project Coordinator role.

LEAD GENERATIONGenerate and nurture leads in GHL. Fully remote, or local hybrid on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

$20 to $25 per hour

Generate local interest through approved calls, email and social outreach in GHL. Respond to incoming inquiries, nurture leads and record the source, contact preferences and next action. Build complete CRM request cards, send them to JobTread and confirm receipt.

Future lead generation leadership

Senior Lead Coordinator and Lead Generation Manager roles may develop as outreach and workload grow. They support lead development, coaching and results in GHL. Project schedules remain with the assigned Project Coordinator.

Separate accounting responsibilities

Future bookkeeping and billing positions will have defined duties and access. They are separate from lead generation and project coordination.

Step 1: Learn our standards and deliver assigned work with the right training and support.

Step 2: Handle routine work independently, keep commitments and communicate early.

Step 3: Handle more complex assigned work, improve the process and help train others.

Advancement depends on demonstrated capability, responsibility and available positions. It does not happen automatically with time served. Different roles have different pay ranges. Pay, schedule, equipment and start date are confirmed in the offer letter.
