Project Coordinator

WFH / Local travel

Part time or full time · Hourly, overtime eligible · Work from home with local site travel · Mississippi Gulf Coast · Project Management

$22.50 to $33.25 per hour, based on experience and responsibility. Project Management entry Level I has three pay steps: 1, 2 and 3. Pay, schedule, equipment and start date are confirmed in the offer letter.

Own the project. Keep people informed. Finish well. Gather accurate measurements and photos, turn customer ideas into a clear scope, and coordinate the people and dates that bring the project to life. You remain the customer's consistent project contact through closeout.

A practical coordination role. You must be local to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Visit customer properties and work from home using JobTread. JobTread experience is a plus, not mandatory. We train our systems and standards; a college degree is not required.

What you will do

  • Work from complete customer requests handed to you, arrange site visits and keep the next step clear in JobTread. During our early growth, you may also help clarify new project requests.
  • Measure each work area, take useful photos and record quantities, site conditions, customer preferences and selected options.
  • Build clear scopes and takeoffs, gather bids from approved Trade Partners who match the service, and compare scope, price, availability and quality.
  • Prepare itemized estimates for required internal review and customer approval. Record choices and agreed changes before affected work proceeds.
  • Coordinate the Trade Partner, customer, access, material deliveries and project schedule. Follow up early when a commitment is at risk.
  • Maintain JobTread tasks, photos, meaningful communications and time records. Track quality checks, corrections, final walkthrough and warranty follow up.

What you need to bring

  • Accurate basic measurements and calculations, with the ability to record a scope someone else can price and build.
  • Dependable scheduling and follow through. Plan your day, keep commitments and communicate early when something changes.
  • Clear, respectful customer communication, honest notes and willingness to accept direct feedback.
  • Comfort using a phone and computer for photos, documents, calendars and business software.
  • Live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for local site visits.
  • Judgment to ask for help on unclear scope, safety, pricing or authority decisions.

Experience that helps

  • JobTread, estimating tools, project software or construction coordination experience. JobTread is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Takeoffs, reading plans, scheduling crews or coordinating independent trades.
  • Hands on experience with fences, decks, pergolas or other exterior improvement work.

What you can expect from us

  • Defined service packages, estimating tools and clear project standards.
  • Paid training on site visits, takeoffs, customer conversations, Trade Partner coordination and closeout, with supervised practice before independent assignments.
  • Mileage at the IRS business rate for business miles, a $50 monthly phone stipend, and a company laptop and measuring kit.
  • Written pay, schedule, equipment and expense terms before you start.
