What kinds of projects are a good fit?

Our seven exterior services cover fences, decks, patio covers, pergolas, screens, concrete coatings and exterior cleaning. We review your site, scope, permissions and qualified Trade Partner availability before offering a project.

Can you give me a price from the form?

Your details help us prepare. A site visit and reviewed Trade Partner bid are required for a firm quote. We confirm the scope and price before you decide.

Does a request book the work?

No. It starts a conversation. Our team confirms scope and explains the next step. Sending a request does not commit you to work.

Do you offer a military or first responder discount?

Tell us your role on the estimate form. We confirm eligibility and any available discount with your written quote.

Who handles materials and updates?

The Trade Partner usually supplies materials. If Liberty Built supplies them, your written scope says so. Our team manages your updates, schedule and any material deliveries.

What happens when the work is finished?

We complete a final walkthrough with you and the Trade Partner, then place a one year warranty visit on our calendar. Your written agreement confirms the warranty terms.
